Welcome to all you folks coming here for a hint about the Air Force Blues geocache! If this isn’t what you’re here for, you should check out Geocaching.com for more info.
Hint: The cache is hidden within the large area of East Anglia we sometimes call the “Tri-base Area” because there are three Air Force bases in close proximity to one another. Although on a much smaller scale, the cache is hidden among another trio of bases. Watch for thorns!
Happy hunting!
Here’s the cache listing: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=5c13fdd4-1391-4ff0-9b1e-6aea73a4f728

BTW awesome Farva. Getting an error on geocaching for the listing though.
It’s not approved yet.
That would be a good reason why.
Yes! Geocaching rocks!
sweet little easter egg too. I clicked first to go back and read some of the oldies and I got this!
When might we expect your cache be approved?
It’s out there now.
Farva, Did you have to hide it the summer after my trip? I went right by RAF Lakenheath. :’(
I enjoyed this one, but something looks odd… The strip is dated September 7th, 1997, yet Geocaching was not created until 2000. I’ve been caching since 2006 myself; it can get quite addictive…
The strip is posted on this date because the official clue on my cache has people look up an event that happened on this date.
Ah, the confusion cleareth up, that makes sense now. Good job!
