Hey folks – welcome back to the new and improved AFBlues.com!
Obviously, we’re still building a few things here and there, and unfortunately you’ll all have to re-register if you want to post comments. There may be some growing pains for a while, but Marco has done a fantastic job upgrading this place, so if you like what you see please let him know.
Obviously a lot of things are still missing, including all the links to support sites, military comics and other AFBlues-related sites. We’ll get everything back, but it’ll take a little time. You may also notice all the old blog posts and comments are gone, and the comics have only dates as names. Those may not be coming back, although I’ll try my best to go back and rename the comics.
As for “first” posts… I’ve temporarily suspended the ability for people to make them to avoid y’all going back through the entire archive and trying to claim each one. Sorry to those who love those, but that’s the call I’m going to make for now.
That said, enjoy the new layout for what it is, and as new features come online Marco or I will be sure to let you know about ‘em!

13 Aug 05: I was on casual status at Goodbuddy… waiting for my 1N6 class to start. Seeing that it was a Saturday, chances are I was at the rec center (though for the life of me I can’t remember what its “name” was) leeching internet. And no, it wasn’t the Crossroads, it was the one with Godfather’s, a bar, a movie “theather” (bunch of recliners set up with a wall projector), and various other forms of entertainment, including a small arcade.
Hacking the most beloved pseudo-work appropriate site ever is just mean, bad things should happen to those people. LOVE the new site!!!

Looking back to a link back that you had that offerd us an intro to Dhart and Barbie in the land of the sand, both were wearing tan flight suits and Dhart had blonde hair… maybe on the return of Lawn Dhart as Barbie’s IP, looking back maybe the 12 Feb strip, before it was hacked had that link.
Oh, ok – a different color hair. Yes, she was originally intended to be a blonde, but I decided to change that. Those strips weren’t canon.
I can see that, blonde doesn’t equal Red Queen, unless we had a bit of sun bleaching (maybe from a bottle) while deployed…
PS I love my mutant, it does explain a few things… like her time in the Soutwest and in the mountains.
