There’s very little in terms of news about the site (other than the exclusive Member’s Section strips – but not the old fundraisers series – have been restored), so I’ll tell you about how I got to use an electric “hover” mower this weekend.
It was like using a floor buffer, but on my friend’s lawn, and it looked like an angry Star Wars droid.
In other news, I have “Bad Things,” the True Blood theme song, stuck in my head. And now I bet some of you do, too.

It’ Mr DNA from when the old man was explaining how they were able to clone dinos from “scratch”. When I first saw it, I had the same WTF moment over no JP mug, then I remembered.
I have had that song in my head for days. It’s on safes radio so I hear it every day at work.
Thankfully I have no idea of the song referenced, and I am only subjected to aafes radio if I go to the HQ BX.
