Kaitie took this picture in a facility that is to remain unnamed, and I had to include it in a comic. I’m probably one of the biggest advocates of discretion when it comes to pointing out errors, so I’m not calling out the company that made these or even the store selling them. I just think it’s kind of funny that the real mistake has gone uncorrected for so long. (The photo was taken a few months ago, and these are still on shelves.)

We all know that “Marines” should be capitalized (even when spoken) or that Air Force wives aren’t part of the Marines, but they probably don’t know that wherever those mugs were made. I wonder if that store has figured out why sales are slow on that item?
You know, “Semper Fi Air Force Wives” just doesn’t seem to have the right ring to it.

Hah, why they put the Marine barracks next to the dorm where the female airmen come fresh from Basic is one of the enduring mysteries of DLI.
It really should have. 90% of relationships there are ended by a marine. The other 10% are ended by an early PCS because of a failure. And AFP, its an army post. It’s supposed to be backwards. That’s why they built the hardest tech school for every branch in the most interesting place they could find. It’s to distract you and make sure 75% of people fail!

My week has not been the same. Every day I go to the Air Force Blues web site hoping this is the day things go back to normal and still nothing. Someone find him and tell him I NEED some comics. I have this little twitch in my eye that won’t go away until I get my fix of AF Blues.
I’m with you dude. I check the site daily hoping for an update. Even when Farva says he’ll update every couple of days, I check every day just to make sure I don’t miss anything…. COME BACK FARVA!
Am starting to get to a point where I’m a bit worried now. There hasn’t been any word from Farva or even about Farva. Hasn’t been any updates on his facebook page that I have seen either. Has me worried that something bad may have happened. Does ANYONE know anything??????

I think we may need to make an urgent request for PJ’s to go rescue Farva… he is having too much of a negative impact on the Air Force as a whole as everyone is worried about him… hoping you are ok! First time I’ve seen it this bad since being hacked!
Guys,He did mention that the comics might be disrupted while he’s in Texas:
“So some stuff has come up (STS) and I have to head home to Texas for a few weeks. I wish I could say it’s for the holidays but that’s just a convenient coincidence. It shouldn’t disrupt the flow of comics, but I can’t say for sure. I’m taking the portable art setup but I’m not sure what my schedule will be like. Just letting y’all know.”
^From a couple of comics ago.This shows (I hope)that this was at least in part planned and not something bad or shameful…
